A Cornell Law School professor is under fire after a recent blog post regarding Black Lives Matter. William Jacobson detailed the history of the movement and outlined the agenda of the founders which was met with disdain. The Cornell Black Law Students Association called on students to boycott courses by Jacobson and stated he has engaged in “anti-Black rhetoric” by claiming the movement was “Marxist” in nature and wants to “tear down our society.” Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Securities Law Clinic William Jacobson joins Dan to discuss his position.
