Aron Ain serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). Ultimate and Kronos merged in April 2020 to create UKG, one of the world’s most innovative human capital management and workforce management companies. Aron joined Kronos in 1979 and played a role in nearly every functional department at the company until becoming CEO in 2005.
