In the last podcast episode we spoke about how training females is different to males. In today's episode we switch roles.

Currently, almost 90% of my clientele are males, ranging from early twenties to late 50's. I've learnt so much so far and I wanted to share my experiences so it helps benefit you or gives you a head start in your fitness journey.
