It has become abundantly clear that Trump is the most ineffective POTUS this country has ever seen. His inability to accomplish ANY of his major campaign promises is not going unnoticed by his base. The republicans have announced they will not be proceeding with the Graham-Cassidy bill as they couldn't galvanize the requisite support. Trump has failed to help facilitate the passing of any major legislation as he is so distracted from doing his job on things inconsequential.
