21 JAN 2019 · This is a poetic piece dedicated to the one who asked me what I had to lose by seeking help. They also reinforced the fact that there is a lot to lose if I don’t. They were right. There are many answers to loss in those with mental illnesses. Hopefully someone will be inspired to not lose anymore time before looking for assistance.
