I’m gonna talk about my experience over last weekend when I was out of town celebrating my 50th birthday, and I ended up having an allergic reaction to something based upon, a different way of having that allergic reaction. I want to bring awareness to this because there are a lot of restaurants that don’t understand the importance of being able to accommodate people with allergies.

A lot of people think that because somebody’s overweight, has diseases or illnesses, flaws, or imperfections, or a disorder or disability that they think that people are considered unhealthy. When there’s a lot of people that should be healthy based upon society standards that are not healthy internally. So they may look healthy externally, but it does not mean they’re healthy internally. So this is all about doing reverse psychology as far as society, standards of health and wellness. And changing your mindset to be able to despite the negative things you’re going through as far as medically wise, how you can turn those into strength.

These 13 things are worst than drugs when comes to addiction as far as the high it makes you feel? The chaos and destruction that these 12 things do to impact and affect you mentally, emotional. spiritual, emotional, and financial. It is going to shock you when say what they are. People don't think that these 12 this don't cause damage in your life, addictions, trauma, depression, illness, and cause you to hit rock bottom. They are the reason why we do what do when comes to other people as far being in a relationship with them.

Your internal well-being is very important more so than your external health. Your internal health determines how your external health is going to be. So today I’m going to be discussing my medical situation that I am currently dealing with that I found out Friday that is called H Pylori. So we’re gonna go over this condition to bring awareness so other people that it may be going through the same thing, I don’t know will be able to get treatment based upon the information that I’m going to give today. Sometimes talking about your own struggles as far as internal health as far as medical illnesses, diseases and conditions can help someone else. So I hope me talking about my situation will help other people as well.

What I have learned when it comes to trying to find answers when it comes to what is going on with me. The things that I am learning when it comes to trying to heal from my medical situations. This podcast is all about the importance of overall health and wellness. Is how the mental health and emotional health plays a big part in your physical health. Because if you're not mentally and emotionally healthy, then you will not be physically. How no matter how much you go to the gym doesn't matter if you're not breaking the bad habits events and making changes mentally in order to be physically healthy? It takes a lot of hard work and dedication in order to lose weight and battle against diseases and illnesses. We will also be talking about the benefits of food. Foods that we think are good for us that actually are not. We will be going over different diets to see what actually works. The importance of vitamins and minerals. There will be more topics will be disgusting as well. So I hope this channel helps you on your overall journeys to better health and wellness.
