5 NOV 2020 · This is a podcast series produced by students enrolled in the Podcasting Class at Dean College. This series focuses on the financial impact of COVID-19 in many areas of the economy. Our podcast is about how Covid-19 has affected both the sports and esports fields. We will discuss many ways in which this has occurred such as less viewership both in person and online, The ramifications it has on the competitiveness of the sport itself, and how it effects the bottom line of the industry. We each discuss these topics and others in detail going off what we know and sources we have found while researching these topics. This is an industry that our group is very interested in and we have a lot of good things to discuss about this industry from our previous knowledge as well as new learned facts.
