Francesca has a Masters of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition, and is certified through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). Francesca's passion for powerlifting started her on the journey to health and fitness, and led to a passion for helping athletes better themselves through sports nutrition. This podcast discusses the many facets of sports nutrition and how athletes can maximize their athletic performance.
