10 MAY 2024 · The person that is firmly connected to the Almighty, the Alpha and Omega is Jesus Christ. Here we find he is the "faithful witness", "first begotten of the dead", and "the prince of the kings of the earth." We find that #JesusChrist loved us, washed us from our sins in his own blood. In addition, he has made us kings and priests unto #God and His #Father; to him be #glory and #dominion for ever and ever. He is coming in the clouds; every eye shall see him as well as those who pierced him.  All shall wail because of him, even so come #LordJesus. Each notation above, and description presents theology and the #TruthofGod presented to humankind. If they listen, understand, and repent; it shall be well with them. But to the #wicked, it shall be ill with him, for he shall reap the reward of his doing. This puts the Authority of the entire book not in the hands of John who saw it and wrote it. It firmly places it in the #SonofGod #Jesus, #Yeshua the #Christ who is now the #Almighty who will triumph over all the #enemiesofGod and #redeem the #righteousfaithful. 10 MAY 2024 · Working Righteousness - A righteous God, demands righteousness and for Christians today, our actions and all we do should be to be found in #ChristJesus unto #goodworks that is connected to our faith. For without faith, we cannot please #God. Even #Israel not only had to follow the law, but they also had to have #faith. A commodity that many had trouble with.  We also find other New Testament ideals that we use to today, which #Isaiah writes about. These include the fact that "we have sinned", "we are as an unclean thing", "because of our iniquities", "all our righteousness as filthy rags", "we do fade as a leaf", "thou art our Father", "we are the clay", "thou art the Potter", "we are the work of thy hand", and "we shall be saved." These common phrases we find in Isaiah also have a place in the gospel and the New Testament. The #Apostles taught these principles and more, many more which are found in the #OldTestament [Tanakh] and confirmed again in the #NewTestament. 9 MAY 2024 · Least of These My Brethren arrives with a very well-known scripture, especially known among those who work to support the #persecutedchurch, or those who work on the streets with the #gospelofJesusChrist.  The first sentence gives you the first five words and the chances are good that you have heard this phrase. It consists of the #Lord examining those at the end of days. For these when faced with #starvingpeople, or #thirsty, or without a bed, or as a stranger in a #strangeland; well, these individuals #fed, #clothed, #housed, and welcomed those in need. #Missions, whether home or abroad is about helping the needy and especially so when the needy and #persecutedChristians face #death, #starvation, and #persecution. The world is full of such people. 19 APR 2024 · Hope and Faith is possible today because our #Savior, Jesus, Yeshua, the Christ came from glory and was born in the flesh, yet he was all God and all man. He was the #atoningsacrifice for #oursins, for he was and is the #PassoverLamb that shed His blood for all humanity. Without the shedding of His blood, the perfect atonement sacrifice could not have been made. Thus our sinful state is finished because of the #atonement and the #sheddingoftheblood of #ChristJesus and our #faithinHim. Our Separation from God is finished. For Christ Jesus is that bridge which brought us into the #Fathersglory to know him. The power of Darkness over us is finished as well. In addition the power of #Death and the #Grave hold nothing over #Believer's in Jesus Christ. 19 APR 2024 · Nations Tremble. The Nations of men Tremble at thy Presence Oh Lord our Redeemer. As Isaiah says in chapter Sixty-four and verses one and two "Oh that thou wouldest #rendtheheavens, that thou wouldest come down, that the mountains might flow down at thy presence, as when the #meltingfire #burneth, the fire causeth the waters to boil, to make thy name known to thine adversaries, that the nations may tremble at thy presence!" While the #uncircumcised of #heart and #soul have disregarded Jehovah, and #Israel at times; we find that many #heathennations have met the #power and #ferocious display of this God of the #Nationsofmen. His glory is in the heavens and #hispower #displayed on the #earth. In this first section of chapter Sixty-four we see the refresher course of reminders that God was in the #Mount with #fire and #smoke as Moses went up the mount to meet #Jehovah. We remember that when Israel came out of #Egypt the power and might that went with them; for the #Angel of #HisPresence was with them. Even in America there are many who are #cold, #lukewarm, and even #belligerent attitudes and actions towards #Christians. 12 APR 2024 · Spirit and Life meets head on with those who refuse to #believe who the #Messiah is, and the #testimonyofthetruth given by the Apostles themselves. The issues while dealing with #lifeanddeath, is one of #understanding and #believing in the #truth. While the #Apostles and those Jews who witnessed #JesusChrist personally and what he did and believed; the temple priests, Sanhedrin, and others of the temple did not. It is also true that the Jews knew of and expected the #Messiah to come. When he did, they never recognized him or knew him. The truth is before you even today. You will meet the same fate if you believe; you will live. When we look at Spirit and Life; we look at the words spoken and the truths they represent. It was vitally important to know the teachings and the words flowing were of life and the #Spirit, pertaining to the saving of the #Spiritandsoul of man. #Jesus #healed and #delivered many, but his #mission was one of #redemption of #man. This is so even today. It is not a mere humanitarian effort or work of the flesh. 12 APR 2024 · Everlasting Redeemer never leaves us, the lessons continue in Isaiah. We do not forget those like #David, #Elijah, #Solomons #Kingdomreign, and to the time when both houses backslide from #Jehovah all ring true in their memories including #deliverance from #Babylon and restoral to #Jerusalem. Yet these verses bring to us a longing of the #childrenofIsrael to see their relationship with Jehovah and the many works of the #LORDGod among them #restored to now #childrenofIsrael.  They cling to the scripture and the fact that these are in fact Israel, called by the name of Jehovah.  You can see the dealing of Jehovah with these remnants of Israel. Both houses are still divided, there is much left to survive through and yet they seek the Lord for assurances, #blessings, and to know Jehovah is there and will be their help. Meanwhile, an old man in prison has been there twenty-two years for being a #Christian, while another believer faces a death sentence for his #faith. All the while #ChristianPersecution demands #advocacy for the #Persecutedchurch. In this modern age the governments of men ignore for the most part the plight of Christians today. The shedding of #Christianblood, the stealing of their farms and land continue to go on. The attacks on Christian villages, raping, pillaging, and all-out war is the Modis operandi of those who oppose #Christianity, the #Gospel, and the #WordofGod. 5 APR 2024 · Promises, Phrases, and Perpetuity arrives with Part 12b focusing on the Word of God. We look at the phrase used to describe the growing church of Acts and how this phrase is used over and over to show how mightily grew the word of God and prevailed, see Acts nineteen, verse twenty. The phrase Word of God is only used four times in the Old Testament. It is found one time each in 1st Samuel, 1st Kings, 1st Chronicles, and Proverbs. While in the New Testament the phrase ‘Word of God’ is used 45 times in 44 verses. It is used the most in Acts, a whopping thirteen times. Within this context, the #Actschurch grew mightily, and the Word of God became a growth factor here, along with the move of the #HolySpirit and the #Apostolicwitness and #miracles.  We look at various other phrases of the #WordofGod today which will bring us into more #truth and #understanding.
