  • Why the world needs trauma focused therapy gardens....

    11 AUG 2021 · Natasha Donnelly is an PMHNP and Sociologist with a Ph.D. in Suicide Prevention and through her years of focused study, she found a connection between improved mental health and connecting with nature in an intentional manner. These gardens follow a basic set of guidelines, including color, a walking path, and a water feature that have been found to be crucial in healing from trauma, but after that, the garden takes on the life of it's gardeners!
