The Phoenix Unbound returns with new energy and creativity, but our message remains the same: to uplift the mental health stories of minoritized communities and engage in holistic mental health conversations. In this new iteration, you can still expect education and powerful dialogue about the global mental health conversation, but we also make room for play, community, and hope. We focus on communities, topics, and needs excluded from mainstream mental health conversations. Get to know our team, laugh, and share space with us! We won’t be held down. We will rise!
