through social media we can grow as nurses towards becoming better at our jobs, having and it worked of international nurses, and overall give better care drug patients. with different inputs from nurses all over the world, you as a nurse can have a better understanding of the cultural as well as the religious differences for your patients.
more than that through social media you can learn best practices, as well as get inspired to do something that will benefit your patients greatly, i, for example, have been inspired to look at a concept called safewards in a whole new way.
so grab the chance and grow through social media with my best practices.

Working as a nurse in healthcare, but one of the areas that have the most mystic surrounding it is psychiatry, that is why i have made this video so you can get some of the questions answered. And if i dont answer your questions then writhe them down in the comments so that i can answer them in a later video.
Psychiatric nursing is not straight forward, and in a later video i will go more in-depth with different aspects of psychiatric nursing, this is meant to give you an overview of the not so dangerous field of psychiatric care.

21 APR 2020 · There are many ways to understand a patient, but none of them takes into account the fact that we will never understand our patient. We might have an idea of what the patient is thinking and feeling. Still, all nursing theorists are talking about understanding the patient, wherein this episode we will go into the philosophized Mikhail Bakhtin who is saying that we will never understand our patient, but we can minimize the misunderstanding.
Mikhail Mikhailovich Bakhtin was a Russian philosopher, literary critic and scholar who worked on literary theory, ethics, and the philosophy of language. His writings, on a variety of subjects, inspired scholars working in several different traditions (Marxism, semiotics, structuralism, religious criticism) and disciplines as diverse as literary criticism, history, philosophy, sociology, anthropology and psychology. Although Bakhtin was active in the debates on aesthetics and literature that took place in the Soviet Union in the 1920s, his distinctive position did not become well known until Russian scholars in the 1960s rediscovered him.

12 APR 2020 · Violence in the workplace is nothing to make fun of!!! But nurses all over the world experience violence every day and that's why we need to learn how to cope with it instead of hiding away. In the ideal world, there would be no violence against nurses doctors and other health care staff, but we do not live in a perfect world, so we need to learn how to protect our mental health even when our physical body is being violated.
These techniques are meant as basic techniques on how to deal with workplace violence; for that matter, the methods can be used for any physical or mental violation you experience throughout life. It might be aimed at nurses, but these techniques can be used in so many other occasions that I will not even try to list them all here.
The most important thing to remember when you are being violated is to stop the incident, and then talk about it it helps you to talk about the things that you experience both positive and negative.
