Let'sTALK Our Way to Wellness shares inspiring journeys people have taken on their road to wellness - through the power of conversation. The show invites people to share their wisdom and experiences on the importance talking about our concerns before they escalate to bigger issues including mental illness and even suicide.

There will be valuable insights and tips on the TALK steps of the Let'sTALK program. This program is designed to encourage open conversations to build a more caring, collaborative and connected local and global community.

The TALK steps provide a simple way to connect and support someone going through a concern whether it be at home, school, university or in the workplace. The steps include:

- Tell when someone is in distress and start a conversation
- Acknowledge them and their concern with gratitude
- Listen with care to help them externalise their concern
- Keep in touch to support them and/or refer them on to other support services

The show will also provide useful tips on how to look at our thoughts and mindsets, and how a simple conversation can make a difference, even save a life,
