25 APR 2023 · In this episode, your hosts Taylor Giordano and Danielle Ledden explore the words mother and father, and all of their diminutives. They start with the origins of the words, moving to consequences of gendered stereotypes of mothering and fathering on trans and non-binary parents, and finally learning a little bit about what a “mommy” really means to the Gen Z user base. Ultimately, this investigation concludes that regardless of parental status or gender, Jack Black is a dad to the general public, but a DILF and Mother in our hearts.
