24 APR 2018 · Bogie, Martin, McConaughey, Downey Jr. They all possess a certain aura about them that’s seemingly unattainable to most people. Like that popular kid in high school that everyone loved. These guys just make any situation look fun, effortless, and attractive. Like a magic trick, they could meet someone and win them over in an instant. I always wondered how the hell they did that trick...

25 APR 2018 · When you think of a man who is attractive to women, what do you see? Do you see a man who is rich, good-looking, and popular? Good. You got the right answer. That’s what everyone else sees too. But why do you and everyone else believe these are the qualities women look for in a partner? Because the funny thing, is, that you show me a man with these qualities, and I will show you a man who is a zero in the women department.

25 APR 2018 · Ahh... the beautiful chemistry of the mind.
We can just keep exploring further and further into its depths. It keeps creating and keeps retaining. It holds our fears and our excitement. It holds our love and our hate.
The untrained man has unhealthy beliefs:
1. He believes he lives inside his mind.
2. He believes his is a victim to his mind.
To the untrained man, the mind is a place in which to live and get lost. And wherever he ends up is where he must stay.
A Wolf + Garden man understands that his mind is merely a place of work...

25 APR 2018 · As opposed to something like bodybuilding, which takes massive effort each training session, becoming Present takes the opposite of effort. It takes an absolute lack of effort to become Present.
The reason is because you were born with Presence as your natural state. To live within your natural state takes no effort. For the shift to occur, I want you to see it as more of a release. That guy with the globe on his back just dropping it. You with a heavy winter coat just removing it and throwing it on the floor.
That’s the first step...

25 APR 2018 · In the garden of Presence, you are now sprouting new relationships and life opportunities and passions and interests. You are now living life for the first time. And the trade-off? Fuck. It’s so awesome that once you form the habit, you will never want to dwell in the office for one second longer than it ever needs to be.

25 APR 2018 · For some weird reason, inside of all of us, there is a little question being asked. Sometimes we notice it, sometimes we don’t. But it is always being asked:
“What the fuck are you doing here?”
Shh.... Listen to it whisper....
“What the fuck are you doing here?”
It’s like a bully catching you sneaking into a party you know you’re not cool enough to attend. But really, what the fuck are you doing here? Why are you on this planet with me? What the fuck is your reason for being here? I don’t see any reason for you being here. We all feel this. I think it’s because it’s built into who we are.

25 APR 2018 · We can get easily confused between the feeling of neediness or desire, and a sense of Purpose.
Consider this:
Do you really want a hot, cool, funny girlfriend with whom you will fall in love? I’m going to argue right now that you don’t actually want that.
What I mean by that is neediness has no place in actually getting what you want. It doesn't really push itself. It doesn't really have goals in mind—and we think it does.
What it really has in mind is just a need to fill a hole. That's really all it does. So when we get confused and we tend to think that neediness is our wanting, is our excitement, is our attraction—it's actually not. All desire is, is the need to fill a void that we have.

25 APR 2018 · A woman is looking for two things in a man:
1. A man who loves life, people, and himself.
2. A man who is in wild, ceaseless pursuit of what he wants and believes in.
A Wolf + Garden man is completely fulfilled in his life because he is going for what he wants at every moment, and is visualizing his success at every moment. He is simultaneously engorged by the reality which surrounds him.
This healthy mixture of a calm contentment in where he is now and a wild ambition for where he will be tomorrow is so goddamn fucking attractive to women and anyone for that matter.

25 APR 2018 · You might be asking yourself, “Anthony, what about looking good? Surely that’s a big factor in a man’s attractiveness.”
