We are a group of seniors from Fishers High School. In this podcast series of five, we will be talking about depression and how it affects you overall. The episodes will be broken down into several sections: How to define depression, where to get help and how to talk to your parents if you are suffering from depression, and, if you are a parent, how to talk to your kids about this illness. We hope this series really helps you understand the issues surrounding depression. Whether you are struggling or know someone who is, you are not alone. There will be a parent night out event hosted by The Peyton Reikhof Foundation and Remedy Live on March 20th. This events time and location is TBA and is going to be a great opportunity for parents and their kids/teens to go and listen and understand more about mental illnesses and how they effect others.
