8 SEP 2024 · Engaging with a conversation requires the entire self. For countless reasons we have become this generation of half listeners. Regaining control of your participation in the progress calls for theater of the mind. To envision yourself as being an important part of the shared message. 26 JUN 2024 · Anxiety has roots. We are triggered into moments of the unknown. Sudden changes have an impact on how we think act and react. I started a journey of window building. Taking your daily expectations at work or home and locating windows to rest and or keep focused. So it doesn't feel like you've lost control. Build your windows.

19 JUN 2024 · To say you're trying to catch up means you've fallen behind. Trying to keep up means you're at the same level as others. Be aware of how you talk with yourself and those around you. If you're constantly talking about catching up it actually serves as a negative. Keeping up keeps you in the game without self shame.
