24 JUN 2017 · In this Successful Supervisor podcast we'll briefly look into how people learn and how you as a supervisor can find out how they learn. Let's get started.
Do you learn how your employees learn?
This is a question you must ask yourself if you want to see improvement in production with your employees. It may even make your employees more happy because you are taking the time to learn who they are.
Here are some ways people learn:
- Reading
- Watching
- Hearing
- Hands on
The key is to find out how your employees learn.
One of the best ways to find out is simply ask them how they learn.
Once you know how your folks learn, use that information not only to your advantage as a supervisor, but to their advantage as well.
Enjoy the podcast and have an adventurous day!
