From the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. So, what is your mouth revealing about your heart? When we place God at the center of our hearts, our overflow will reflect the kindness, compassion, forgiveness and love that defines who He is.
Are you running toward God or keeping your distance in your relationship with him? The Holy Spirit is our guide and desires to be in communion with us, but we have to lean into him if we're going to walk close to God.
Words matter. They create bridges or deepen chasms. Our words change others' lives, for better or worse. What are you doing to build bridges and paint a better picture for the lives of those around you?
God gives good gifts. What do you do with the gifts that God gives you? When we squander the gifts of God, we keep for ourselves what is rightfully to be given to others. Receive from God with open hands and give to others in the same way.
What does it take to make you angry and what happens when you get there? The Bible acknowledges that God can become angry, but it says that he is slow to get there. Jesus exhibited anger over injustice. Let's learn what it means to be angry and not to sin.
