Since the attacks visited upon Israel by Hamas on October 7, 2023, we have experienced an explosion of antisemitism by students and staff at scores of universities across the country. I will discuss this issue with Thomas Elias a noted syndicated columnist for the Los Angeles Daily News. I will also discuss the Heterodox Academy. This organization of primarily University Professors promotes a climate of diversity of opinions on college campuses.

Troy is not only an energetic leader who addresses homelessness in Los Angeles on Skid Row, he also survived years on the streets himself. His is an inspiring story of hope and faith. In addition to hearing his story of recovery, we will explore the services provided by the Los Angeles Mission. As a retired Chief of the Los Angles County Sheriff’s Department, I have had a long-standing relationship with the Los Angeles Mission.

  • Death of a Police Officer

    18 APR 2024 · National Police May 12 to 18, 2024, is quickly approaching. It seems fitting to broch the devastation of a Police Department and Community ollowing a Line of Duty Death. I will be joined by Chief Jake Fisher of the El Monte Police Department. His department suffered a loss of two Officers on June 14, 2022. Sergeant Michael Domingo Paredes and Police Officer Joseph Anthony Santana. We will discuss emotions, grief, guilt and the challenges of recovery. Finally, I will touch on the \"Equity\" of traffic accident fatalities in Chicago.

    21 MAR 2024 · Many jurisdictions are struggling with the contentious issue of Bail Reform. Reformers have argued that bail is discriminatory and unfairly impacts poor people of color. These arguments have not held up in Federal Courts but this has not stop jurisdictions from around the Country from embracing various versions of Bail Reform.I will be joined by two guest to discuss this issue. Todd Rogers the lead plaintiff in a lawsuit challenging Los Angeles County’s current version of bail reform and Ken W. Good of the Professional Bondsmen of Texas. Mr. Good is as attorney and a recognized expert in the Bail/Bond industry. We will discuss various efforts at reform and their results.

They are meant to be a free forum in which the troops can express themselves freely, including questioning policies and expressing concerns. This show will embrace the spirit of the roll call/briefing and discuss the news. Trending topics and Law Enforcement. The show will specifically challenge the anti-law Enforcement narrative.
