  • Putin-Beginning or the end

10 JUL 2023 · After the Wagner Group rebellion in June and the subsequent March on Moscow led by Yevgeny Prigozhin, it remain most baffling that it required the intervention of President Lukashenko of Belarus to mediate and stop what would have been a bloodbath of historical proportion. Even today Putin does not know the elements in his military and Government who were behind the Wagner rebellion, those clearly are signs that his days are numbered as President of Russia. Our prediction is premised on the fact that the Ukrainians Army are claiming grounds daily with Russian Army having a casualty of over 150000 soldiers and still counting, military estimate also believe the entire Russian Armed forces have been reduced to just 50% of its entire capacity.. If and when Ukraine takes Crimea, which is just a matter of time and estimates put it at December 2023 the regime of Putin will fall like a pack of cards.. Thanks you always for listening.

  • OBJ - Asset or Liability

17 JUN 2023 · Two time President of Nigeria and International statesman Olusegun Mattew Aremu Okikiola Ifajimi Ogunboye Obasanjo has a towering image and us clearly a colossus, a man with nine lives and still hale and hearty and rearing to go. Loathe him or like him you cannot ignore him, in this particular episode we look at the role he has played in Nigeria’s development and most importantly if he is truly an asset or a liability. We made our call on who and what he really should be seen as today and how Nigeria should engage him. Like all great men he has made a lot of mistakes but he is clearly on the map of the world and cannot be ignored. His name is riddled with a lot of grace and providence in Nigeria and Africa, he has a lot of first also attached to his name, agreed he could have done more but some school of thought believed Nigeria should have given him a third term as president considering Nigeria has been crawling since he left power in 2007. While there is a lot to celebrate him for we have equally have a lot to castigate him for, depending on what side of the prism you are looking from. He is clearly a world statesman whether you hate or like him. Listen and enjoy his scintillating edition about African top statesman OBJ

  • Mobutu Sese Seko

17 JUN 2023 · INEC the Nigerian independent electoral commission has declared a winner for the last presidential election, despite having a winner the country is still enmeshed in doubts and there is a lot of tension. The people feel the declared winner did not fulfill the constitutional requirement to be declared winner, there are other issue including but not limited to falsification of age, certificates and even drug related criminal past, it is clear that that Bola Tinubu has a lot of explaining to give to the people of Nigeria. However, he has been declared President and will be sworn in on May 29th albeit amidst a very flawed process, the inability of the Electoral Commission to organize a free and fair election is a baggage that will live with the Tinubu presidency irrespective of what happens at the election petition tribunal. The result of the February 25th presidential election will linger for a long time in Nigeria because for the first time the people believed in the Electoral Commission's promise to transmit the results from the Polling Unit in real time and failed to do so, what makes it worse is they claim they do not have any record of the Presidential result in their data base anymore after receiving a subvention of over 350 billion naira from the Federal government. INEC and outgoing President Buhari clearly failed Nigeria and Tinubu will carry that baggage during his presidency.
