Well-liked and respected by everyone he encounters, Ron is much more than a great guy… he’s a good man.

She moves, enthuses, and inspires. And as you will learn during my discussion with Maria, she credits much of her success to the experiences growing up in Cottonwood County.

Daughter of Marlo and Donna, sister to David, Karin lived the 60s, 70s, and early 80s in beautiful western Cottonwood County. After developing a strong foundation in southwestern Minnesota, and gaining some experience and education in Mankato, Minneapolis, and down south of the border in Iowa, Karin embarked on a fascinating adventure that led her all over the world leading teams, practicing law, and conducting business in Singapore, Switzerland, and Russia. But then, as she learned about 10 years ago, the gravitational pull from Minnesota is just too strong… and she moved back to Minneapolis. And then, after a few more years with Cargill, Karin returned to her true love – Football. Yes, as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the Minnesota Vikings, Karin really is the envy of each and every one of the 26,000 lawyers licensed in Minnesota: she’s the Vikings top lawyer!

I’m Dan Kuecker, a 1991 Windom graduate, recently retired from active duty in the Army, and now super excited to announce the rollout of a new project I’ve been working on. The All Roads Podcast, where I interview – and we all learn about, and learn from -- talented, interesting people whose lives have connected with Cottonwood County, Minnesota, in a meaningful way.
