Crystals for Dream and Shadow Work

As an aside to my episode on Healing the Shadow (season 3, Ep 7), I talk about various ways to identify your shadow, and one of them is through dream interpretation. A couple of great crystals to keep by your bedside that can help with dream interpretation - especially if you are using your dreams to heal your shadow, are black and green moonstone. Black moonstone represents the shadow or the dark side of the moon, and green moonstone connects to the healing energy of Gaia. Another great crystal to use would be a high vibrating clear crystal such as Azeztulite or Danburite.
