They are both safe platforms for both the freelancer and the person looking to hire a freelancer because the sites regulate payments so both can relax and do the work and get the job done. Both are Excellent platforms to have a second gig or to work fulltime from home. Now, when you want to learn something new to tighten up your skills, I first start with Youtube. You can just about learn anything on that channel Once I have a clear understanding of the subject, and Youtube is excellent and breaking down meanings, tools needed and other important things before you get started, then I go to Udemy the online university that can teach you anything.
