20 JUL 2026 · Sarah Bouse, FNTP, is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, speaker, mentor, and creator of the ASCEND Method™. Through her practice, Ascend Wellness, she helps high-achieving women reclaim command of their health and hormones using root-cause nutrition and lifestyle strategies. As a foster mother and advocate for generational healing, she champions safety, compassion, and listening to the body. Sarah lives in Nebraska with her husband, two children, and four foster children.
THE ASCEND METHOD This is Sarah’s exact method: A – Alignment: hormones, lifestyle, and mindset working together S – Stress & Sleep: restore rest and regulate adrenals C – Cellular & Gut Health: heal digestion and reduce inflammation E – Energy & Blood Sugar: stabilize energy and eliminate burnout N – Nourish Liver & Immune: support detoxification and immunity D – Daily Resilience: sustainable habits for lasting results ASCEND is not about rules. It is about rising.
Sarah Bouse is a woman who learned to listen when her body refused to be silenced. Long before she became a practitioner, mentor, and guide for women navigating burnout and hormonal imbalance, Sarah was doing what many women are taught to do: push through, stay quiet, and assume suffering was normal. Fatigue followed her through childhood and adolescence. Symptoms were dismissed, minimized, or treated as inconveniences rather than warnings. Sarah adapted. She endured. Until her body drew a hard line. In her early twenties, a medical emergency forced Sarah to confront a truth she could no longer ignore: her body was not failing her — it was demanding to be heard. As she entered motherhood and faced infertility diagnoses, miscarriages, and repeated medical dismissal, she realized compliance would cost her more than resistance ever could. She chose a different path. Instead of accepting surface answers, Sarah began asking deeper questions. Instead of managing symptoms, she sought root causes. Through functional nutrition, lifestyle alignment, and nervous system restoration, she experienced what few had prepared her for — her body responded. Healing was not only possible; it was intelligent. That awakening reshaped her life. Sarah went on to train as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, complete advanced clinical education, and mentor practitioners worldwide. She developed the ASCEND Method™, a framework that helps women move out of survival mode and into sustainable energy, clarity, and leadership by working with their bodies instead of fighting them. Today, Sarah has helped hundreds of women reclaim both their health and their authority. As a mother and foster parent, she advocates fiercely for those navigating systems that too often fail to listen. Her work is grounded not in perfection, but in lived experience. What makes Sarah a leader worth following is not that she mastered her body. It’s that she honored it. She is the woman who stopped apologizing for listening. She is the woman who chose advocacy over compliance. She is the woman who rose — and teaches others how to rise with her. Sarah Bouse is an Alpha Queen Rising.

20 JUL 2026 · Samantha Rambo, FNP-C, did not set out to build a movement. She set out to survive — to protect her daughter, to finish her education, and to show up for patients who were often scared, unheard, and left behind by a system that moved too fast to notice them. What began as a practical decision to work in healthcare became a reckoning with loss, responsibility, and purpose. From hospital rooms marked by silence, to dorm rooms shared with textbooks and toys, Samantha’s path was shaped by the moments when care arrived too late — and the conviction that it didn’t have to be that way. Today, she stands as a healthcare leader and founder of Wellness for Any Body™, committed to empowering people before crisis strikes. This chapter is not just the story of a nurse practitioner — it is the story of a woman who refused to accept a system that fails the vulnerable, and chose instead to rise and rebuild it from the inside out.

20 JUL 2026 · Every System Failed Her Daughter — So She Built a New One
Jennifer Jorgensen never imagined she would become a mental health advocate.
She was simply a mother. Trying to protect her daughter. Doing what mothers do when they see their child hurting — asking for help, demanding intervention, refusing to accept dismissal as an answer.
Every system failed her.
And then came the call that no parent should ever receive.
What Jennifer did next — not in spite of her grief but because of it — is a story about what happens when a woman refuses to let tragedy be the final word.
She Saw It Before Anyone Else
Jennifer’s daughter was a sensitive, deeply feeling child whose emotional world was often overwhelming. She was also the girl who wholeheartedly embraced a community project her mother created called Cookies with Cops — a simple, intentional idea that children and police officers who decorated cookies together might see each other with more compassion. Her daughter wanted to build bridges in a world full of walls.
That was the essence of who she was.
When the brightness began to dim, Jennifer noticed immediately. She writes in her chapter of Alpha Queens Rising: Where Purpose Meets Power: “I always knew my daughter was special. Her heart was sensitive, deep, and intuitive. When something shifted — when her brightness dimmed — I noticed immediately.”
She asked for help from doctors, therapists, anyone who might intervene. The responses were dismissive. She is overreacting. Teenagers are emotional. She will grow out of it.
“But I knew the difference between dramatic and drowning.”
The Concussion That Changed Everything
Then came the concussion — a head injury that altered the entire landscape of her daughter’s health. Jennifer watched her struggle to think clearly, to regulate her emotions, to simply feel like herself again.
What many families don’t know — and what Jennifer now teaches others — is that head injuries alter brain chemistry in ways that even medical professionals routinely underestimate. When you add hormonal changes and a nervous system already running on overload, the result is a storm that looks invisible from the outside. Jennifer could see it clearly. She asked for help. She was told to wait.
Hormones, emotional sensitivity, and brain trauma created a crisis that no one in the medical system would acknowledge with the urgency it deserved.
Still no safety plan. No immediate intervention. No one who treated her mother’s instinct as data worth acting on.
The First Attempt
The day her daughter attempted suicide for the first time was the day Jennifer’s world permanently bent.
Emergency room. Minimal evaluation. A checklist. A discharge. The label attached to the chart: attention-seeking behavior.
Outpatient therapy was offered — weeks out. Not days. Weeks. In a crisis that required immediate care, the system handed them a waiting list.
“It felt like screaming into a void,” Jennifer writes.
She screamed anyway. She called. She followed up. She advocated louder and longer than any parent should have to. She documented everything. She did not accept the system’s pace when her daughter’s life was the stakes.
None of it was enough.
The Call
And then came the call that ended everything.
One sentence. Her daughter was gone.
All the warnings Jennifer had raised. All the doors she had knocked on. All the late nights monitoring her daughter’s breathing, sitting outside her room, checking and rechecking.
None of it mattered because the world did not listen.
Grief after losing a child is not a wound — it is a world. Everything inside it reorganizes. The air is different. Time moves differently. Jennifer questioned herself in every direction. Did she do enough? Did she miss something? Was there one more door she should have knocked on?
Her answer is clear and she has said it publicly, repeatedly, because it needs to be heard: “I didn’t fail her. The system failed her. And I refuse to let silence win.”
A Mission Born From the Unspeakable
Jennifer made a choice in the aftermath of that loss that only the most courageous women make. She decided her daughter’s life would not end with her death. It would become a mandate.
“If God chose me to be her mother,” she writes, “then He is choosing me now to be her voice.”
She began creating Care Kits for teens in crisis — something tangible a struggling young person could hold in their hands that said one simple thing: you matter today. Not after the waiting list clears. Not after someone returns a call. Today.
As parents and teens began sharing how these kits opened conversations that had previously been impossible, Jennifer realized she had built something more than comfort. She had built a point of intervention.
The Care Bag Program
She took that realization to her county’s sheriff’s department. They listened. Together, they created the Care Bag Program — a tangible, immediate resource for families navigating mental health emergencies in real time.
Each bag is assembled with care and purpose. It contains a small sharps box, a cabinet lock, a drug-dissolver pouch, Narcan, tools for de-escalating anxiety, and local emergency resources. Every item has a reason. Every item represents a gap in the system that Jennifer refused to accept.
She is actively building additional programs to support both teens and adults at risk. The work has expanded beyond kits and into education, community partnerships, and public awareness — because Jennifer understands that one program is not enough. The system failed at multiple points. The response has to match the scale of the failure.
If even one life is saved because of her daughter’s story, she writes, her purpose continues.
What She Needs the World to Hear
Jennifer Jorgensen is a mental health advocate dedicated to preventing suicide and supporting families in crisis. Guided by her Christian faith and her daughter’s legacy, she creates Care Kits for teens and collaborates with law enforcement to provide immediate, accessible resources for families when they need them most.
Her message is not abstract. It is specific, urgent, and grounded in what she learned the hardest way a mother can learn anything:
“Parents know their children. Our voices must matter.”
Mental health struggles are real. Brain injuries matter. Anxiety is not drama. Silence is deadly. Suicide is preventable. And a waiting list is not a safety plan.
She fights now because her daughter cannot. She speaks now because her daughter was silenced. She builds now because every child deserves better than what her daughter received.
Her mission is clear and it will not stop: no child should feel so alone that they believe there is no way out.

20 JUL 2026 · She Built a Million-Dollar Nonprofit at 27. Then She Lost Everything. What She Built Next Changed Her Forever.
Angel Cottrell knows how to build powerful things.
She also knows how to rebuild them when they collapse.
By twenty-seven, she had already done what most people never dare to imagine. As a young, single mother in Santa Barbara, she founded and led a progressive, multi-million-dollar nonprofit that transformed the lives of people with severe developmental disabilities. She created supported-living homes, staffed twenty-four hours a day, where dignity replaced institutionalization. She launched a state and federally licensed day program. She recruited a team of fifty-five staff members and a full management structure.
She did all of this without money, without a college education, without a roadmap. Only passion, grit, and an unshakable calling to change lives.
Then her thirties came for her. And they did not come gently.
The First Fire
Angel’s twenties were a testament to what is possible when a woman refuses to accept limitation as fact. She had learned early what determination could accomplish — and she ran toward the hardest problems with both hands open.
She writes in her chapter of Alpha Queens Rising: Where Purpose Meets Power: “I didn’t have the age. I didn’t have the degree. I sure as hell didn’t have the advantage. But I had fire. And for a while, that fire carried everything.”
Then her thirties arrived.
The Demolition
People talk about transformation like it arrives as a single breakthrough moment. Angel’s was a demolition.
In the space of a few years, every major area of her life collapsed simultaneously. She lost the nonprofit — the work she had dedicated her entire adult life to since she was nineteen. She experienced a heartbreak that cracked her open in ways she did not know love could hurt. She was raising her daughter alone with no financial support from her daughter’s father. Friends she thought were family abandoned her. Family members turned away.
And the worst part, she says, was that she abandoned herself in the process.
The achiever. The leader. The mother who always held it together. Every piece of that identity evaporated. Her confidence was gone. Her stability gone. She found herself financially drowning in a city where rent alone can break you, ashamed, overwhelmed, and terrified that she had peaked before she turned thirty-five.
Bad Country Music
“I despise country music,” she writes. “But suddenly, I was living a bad country music song.”
To cope, she drank — two bottles of wine a night — just to numb the panic, the fear, the disbelief that this was her life. It was not about partying. It was survival. It was silence. It was shutting down the noise long enough to pass out, because sleep did not come easily in those long dark nights.
Eventually, she entered intensive therapy and was on disability for two years.
“My mind, body, and soul wove the white flag. I couldn’t work my way out of this situation. I had burned myself down to ash.”
The Deepest Abandonment
The collapse taught Angel something she had not known before: the deepest abandonment is not what other people do to you. It is what you do to yourself.
She had disconnected from feeling. From hope. Even, at times, from her own daughter — not because she did not love her, but because she had nothing left to give.
Being the strong one, she discovered, becomes a prison when you no longer have the strength.
She did not understand that falling apart was the only path toward eventually rising. She thought breaking meant failing. She did not realize it was the beginning of something she had been praying for — even if she did not know what the prayer was asking her to sacrifice.
The Tower Moment
Her tower moment was not a single dramatic day. It was the slow, undeniable realization that she was the common thread in every area that had fallen apart.
“That wasn’t blame,” she writes. “It was liberation. If my choices helped build the version of life that was collapsing, then my choices could build a better one.”
No one was coming to save her. She had to save herself.
Even in her darkest season, she kept finishing school. It was not glamorous or impressive. It was survival. Completing something she had once doubted she could do anchored her through the storm.
The Birth of Apollo
Out of the wreckage came clarity. And that clarity became Apollo Consultancy Group.
Apollo symbolizes the journey from darkness into light — the courage to become the identity required by your calling. Angel’s philosophy is grounded in a truth she earned the hard way: to experience significant change, you must change significantly.
Today, as the CEO and founder of Apollo Consultancy Group, she guides CEOs, founders, and executives through identity transformation and embodied leadership. Apollo is the bridge between strategy and soul, between ambition and embodiment, between business growth and identity evolution.
She teaches embodiment — not performance. She teaches leaders to build businesses that are alive, dynamic, heart-driven, and aligned with a sacred mission.
“To experience significant change, you must change significantly.”
She is building again — and yes, it is messy and uncertain. But uncertainty no longer feels like danger. It feels like alignment. Every rise requires a fall. Every becoming requires a shedding.
Angel Cottrell is an Alpha Queen who rose — not to prove anything, but to lead with integrity, purpose, and heart. Her chapter is dedicated to her daughter Alexandra, whose love reminded her that rebuilding always begins at home.
To every woman who believed her fall was failure: it was never the end. It was the beginning of your rise.

20 JUL 2026 · The conversation between Dr. Tamara Patzer and Tiffany Lukasiewicz captivates the listener by delving into the profound journey of self-discovery and empowerment that defines Tiffany’s life. Tiffany, an author and advocate for women, shares her experiences of childhood bullying and the resulting struggles with self-esteem and identity. From her early days of feeling invisible and pressured to conform, she evolved into a beacon of strength for women navigating similar challenges. The pivotal moment in her life came when she recognized the importance of embracing her authentic self rather than succumbing to societal expectations. This transformation is not merely a personal victory; it reflects a broader narrative of empowerment that resonates deeply with women seeking to reclaim their voices and assert their worth.
Through her recently published book chapter, ‘Stand Tall, Roar Loud, Live Fierce,’ Tiffany invites women to acknowledge their inherent strength and embark on their own journeys of self-acceptance and self-leadership. Moreover, the dialogue transitions to Tiffany’s innovative ‘Embodied Lioness Framework,’ a transformative approach aimed at helping women break free from cycles of self-doubt and anxiety. Central to this framework is the practice of somatic healing, where the connection between the mind and body is emphasized. Tiffany elucidates how understanding bodily sensations can lead to emotional release and empowerment. She addresses the common misconception that healing entails the suppression of negative emotions, instead advocating for a holistic understanding of emotions as integral to personal growth. This framework encourages women to recognize and regulate their feelings, ultimately fostering a healthier relationship with themselves and those around them. The conversation culminates in a powerful message that encourages women to embrace their inner lioness, affirming that it is never too late to embark on a healing journey toward confidence and self-leadership.
