11 FEB 2023 · In our provincial city of Lucena, Province of Quezon by the time that my mother reached old age, her name CLERNING had graduated from being ERNING, TARNING, CLERING, CLEARNING. I should know because I had to spell out mother's name oftentimes as a student. Off the court however, the corrections can be repetitive but noneventful. Inside the court and justice system however, her name got to be mentioned a lot. So I might be a CLARISSA of so many identifications but will each of these CLARISSA, have a mother’s maiden name of CLERNING MENDIOLA? CLARO? In the database of tourist or business applicants where the personal information will include MOTHER’S NAME, cross referencing it with all other personal information where names of the deceased and who had not been out of the country during their lifetime would still be relevant in the current date.

6 FEB 2023 · Do you belong? Are you just like the rest of us who wake up in the morning and next thing you know the rising is followed by lights off and call it a busy. It's one hectic day after another. The first casualty is of course our family time and social life. Burying our nose into the daily grind can do that to us in spite of our priceless contribution to our family and work goals. Too much of even this good thing can make us feel cut off, isolated from the rest of the community. Or so it would seem because many are also absorbed with their work and feeling exactly the way we do. One thing I realized as I go about my own occupation and day to day routines, I truly value that window where I can be connected with the rest of you. 28 JAN 2023 · Generally speaking, it will take certain level of competency, capability and wellness (physical, mental and other psycho-social skills) to be established in one’s job, career, occupation and reputation, hence it is a window to one’s existence in a community. So how are we in the eyes of our peers, former teachers, classmates and schoolmates? I bet it's humbling and putting us to our place...it doesn't matter...enjoy the ride!
