  • How Do I Know If My Idea is a God Idea?

1 MAY 2024 · When deciding if our idea is a God idea, we first and foremost want to pray. Simply ask God if this is an idea from him.  I’ve had seasons where I look back and I know I was not following God’s path for my life. But the amazing thing about God is that he will always use our pain for purpose.  We are not meant to do life on our own!! God puts people in our lives so that we have people in our corner to walk through life with.  I share a very vulnerable moment I had with God this week and how I really just leaned on him for his strength. God will be the lamp under our feet as we take steps closer to where he is calling us to go.  Main Highlights:  - What to do when you have an idea (3:00) - Do you have peace? (5:10)  - God gives us our power (6:40)  - I’m in the gap right now (12:00)  - WHen I first started this podcast (13:50)  - Discuss your idea with other believers (15:23)  - You cannot live a double life (18:50)  - Bible verse (29:36)  Bible verse highlighted: Proverbs 13:11 “Wealth from get-rich-quick schemes quickly disappears; wealth from hard work grows over time.”  Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!  Don’t forget to take care of yourself because when you’re not your best self, you can’t help others be their best self as well. https://www.instagram.com/steph_diehl/ https://linktr.ee/stephdiehl https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessrock https://effortlessessentialsco.com/

It has truly been so beautiful to see how God has shifted my heart posture.  Throughout this past week, the enemy was attacking my mind. But I knew that this meant that God was going to move miraculously. During this week, God showed me multiple times that he wants me to trust him wholeheartedly and that he is with me.  God is going to test you in your faith. Are you going to trust me or are you going to try and do it yourself?   I’m most excited to make this new place home! If God is calling you to move towards something, MOVE!  Main Highlights:  - Praying a lot for God to make room (2:55)   - Know that people behind the screen don’t have it all figured out (4:15)  - Leaning on Godly counsel (9:00)  - No matter what it is, keep God in the center (11:50)  - Make it my home (14:30)  Bible verse highlighted: Exodus 3:12 “God answered, “I will be with you. And this is your sign that I am the one who has sent you:”  This bible verse can provide such a peace, peace far beyond our understanding. God will never call you to do something without walking by your side.   Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!  Don’t forget to take care of yourself because when you’re not your best self, you can’t help others be their best self as well. https://www.instagram.com/steph_diehl/ https://linktr.ee/stephdiehl https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessrock https://effortlessessentialsco.com/

  • God’s Timing & Patience

17 APR 2024 · Very excited to dive into this episode! I first start by discussing truly what God’s timing is and how it is soooo much greater than what we think our own timing is.  Being patient is way deeper than just being patient. This includes building character endurance and building a firm foundation on God. God will always give you exactly what you need when you need it.  I share about my most recent experience with God’s timing and how being patient was crucial during this time in my life. When getting into a relationship, it is crucial to know who you’re getting into a relationship with.  Surrender your timing for God’s timing because this will bring you closer to God’s perfect will for your life.  Main Highlights:  - What is God’s timing? (4:40)  - Tangent about treating your employees (7:42) - The enemy will try to tear you down (12:30)  - Why do we question God? (14:15)  - Some things to do in the season of waiting (14:35)  - God’s timing and being patient (16:25)  - You need to know who you’re getting into a relationship with (18:25)  Bible verse highlighted: Isaiah 40:31 “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Put your faith in God and he will give you strength! Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!  Don’t forget to take care of yourself because when you’re not your best self, you can’t help others be their best self as well. https://www.instagram.com/steph_diehl/ https://linktr.ee/stephdiehl https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessrock https://effortlessessentialsco.com/

  • My Solo Trip Pt. 2 (What I Learned)

10 APR 2024 · This week in our 2 part series, we dive into everything that I learned within my road trip. I start by sharing an encounter with God that I experienced. Within that experience, God was showing me that I can have freedom. There is so much freedom which  comes from God and dying to our old selves.  I also learned to trust on this trip. Trust is something I’ve struggled with for a while but because of God and his grace and healing, I feel like I can truly put my trust in people again.  When you’re growing with God, the enemy will try to do everything to tear you down. This includes filling your mind with doubt and limiting beliefs.  God doesn’t call the qualified, he qualifies the called. You grow into the person you’re meant to become. But be ready to endure some challenges to build the character of that person.  Main Highlights:  - My encounter with God (2:59)  - Being set free from God (12:00)  - Trusting my team (15:30)  - Alignment within your team is a huge part of building your business (16:45)  - Battling doubt (17:40)  Bible verse highlighted:  Ezekiel 2:7 “You must give them my message whether they listen or not. But they won’t listen, for they are rebellious! Son of man, listen to what I say to you. Do not join them in their rebellion. Open your mouth, and eat what I give you.”  Meaning, people are not always going to listen to you but we must continue to share the good news of the Gospel. People may seem like they’re not listening but they’re always watching.   Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!  Don’t forget to take care of yourself because when you’re not your best self, you can’t help others be their best self as well!  https://www.instagram.com/steph_diehl/ https://linktr.ee/stephdiehl https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessrock https://effortlessessentialsco.com/

  • Decluttering Your Mind and Breaking Strongholds

27 MAR 2024 · This week we are talking about one of our most important assets, our mind. I first took a deep dive into what it looks like to braindump so that we can find clarity within our minds. There are a couple of different ways that you can brain dump so I dove into them.  We have a lot of the same thoughts every single day. So it is up to us to make the conscious effort to change our thoughts. Our mind is made up of strongholds that we have believed our whole lives, we have the opportunity to lay this down at the Lord’s feet.  I chose to get really vulnerable and share a stronghold that I have over my life. I wanted you guys to know that I am human too and I struggle too. Surrendering this stronghold in my life is something that I have to choose to do daily.  Meditating on God’s truth and surrounding our hearts with the armor of truth is the only thing that is going to break these strongholds.  Within listening to this episode, I encourage you to think of a stronghold that has been holding you back, we are going to call it out. Then we are going to replace it with God’s truth.  If you are struggling with one of these strongholds in your life, I encourage you to meditate on the scripture that I shared for a month and watch how God will change your life.  Main Highlights:  - The importance of brain dumping (2:00) - We are in charge of changing our minds (6:45)  - What is a stronghold? (7:37)  - Surrender daily (11:30)  - Meditating on the truth of God to break strongholds (13:35)  - Replacing strongholds with God’s truth (15:30)  - Bible verse (26:00)  Bible verse highlighted: Romans 12:2 “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!  Don’t forget to take care of yourself because when you’re not your best self, you can’t help others be their best self as well. https://www.instagram.com/steph_diehl/ https://linktr.ee/stephdiehl https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessrock https://effortlessessentialsco.com/

  • Stepping into Your Personal Power with Journaling with Wellgrl Founder, Royce Cook

20 MAR 2024 · This week I am so excited to introduce my friend, Royce Cook! She is the founder and visionary behind Wellgrl. Royce started Wellgrl as a passion project in 2023, sharing journal prompts, quotes, and affirmations with women seeking community on their wellness journeys. It began as a simple Sunday newsletter with journaling inspiration and has bloomed into an intimate community of women devoted to personal development. I share how sometimes I have a hard time verbally communicating, so I journal before a conversation because it is easier for me to truly express how I am feeling. Roses, thorns, and buds is a collaborative method to journaling which makes it a safe space for both men and women to be able to journal.   Sometimes all we have to do is start. It does not have to be perfect, just do a little. We have to go through our emotions, it is okay to write about it and address it.   Do not be afraid to invite people into this process of journaling. Journaling with others and collaborating can make it easier to journal. This can also bring some accountability as well.  Everything we need to succeed is already inside of us!!  Main Highlights:  - What is roses, thorns, and buds? (4:40)  - Some stereotypes behind journaling (8:50)  - Why people struggle with journaling (16:50)  - Collaborative journaling (25:00)  - Bible verse (31:30)  Bible verse highlighted:  Isaiah 26:3 (NIV): "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you." Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!  Don’t forget to take care of yourself because when you’re not your best self, you can’t help others be their best self as well. https://www.instagram.com/steph_diehl/ https://linktr.ee/stephdiehl https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessrock https://effortlessessentialsco.com/ https://www.instagram.com/wellgrl/ https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJLW7B2D?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_0HGGEKXD3E4BMK94T588

  • My Abuse Story and Choosing Forgiveness

13 MAR 2024 · This week I share my abuse story with you guys. This was an extremely vulnerable episode for me to record but I knew that now was the right time to finally share this part of my life.  I personally suffered mental, emotional, physical, and verbal abuse. From the outside looking in, you would have never guessed but usually in those situations you learn how to push that aside and not make it known.  If you notice yourself being manipulated into thinking that you are the problem, I encourage you to take a step back and realize that it is not you. Take off the rose colored sunglasses!  There was one thing that really gave me the strength I needed to leave the relationship, that verse is “She is clothed with strength and dignity and she laughs without fear of the future.” If it weren’t for that verse, I would still be stuck in that situation. This episode is about showcasing the faithfulness of God and choosing forgiveness. Many people may think that someone doesn't deserve forgiveness but I don't deserve God’s forgiveness.  Forgiveness isn’t about the other person, forgiveness is for yourself. Main Highlights:  - The outside vs the inside (4:30)  - Toxic cycle of normalizing the behavior (6:25)  - God uses your pain for purpose (7:03)  - I needed to heal in the relationship in order to leave (8:50)  - Faithfulness of God & choosing forgiveness (11:40)  - Forgiveness isn’t for the other person (17:49)  - Pulling yourself out of toxic situations (25:10)  - Bible verse (28:50)  Bible verse highlighted: Ephesians 4:32 (NIV): "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Colossians 3:13 (NIV):"Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." Luke 6:37 (NIV): "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." Grab your herbal tea, hot lemon water, or mushroom coffee and enjoy the listen!  Don’t forget to take care of yourself because when you’re not your best self, you can’t help others be their best self as well. https://www.instagram.com/steph_diehl/ https://linktr.ee/stephdiehl https://www.tiktok.com/@thewellnessrock https://effortlessessentialsco.com/

  • The Power of Manifesting Your Way to Success with National Speaker and Peak Performance Coach, Lucie Ptasznik

6 MAR 2024 · This week, we got a chance to interview peak performance coach Lucie. Lucie was just a little girl with a big dream who made her dream come true. Her positive energy just radiates when she speaks. Once she realized what she wanted, she did everything she could to learn more to figure out truly how to manifest the life of her dreams. She shares how important your mindset is in regard to focusing on the good of each day. We are where we are today based on every decision we’ve made up until this point. We discuss how important it is to focus on the things you do want, rather than the things you don’t want. Lucie puts a lot of emphasis on the fact that we are one decision away from changing our lives. Our past does not define where we have to go. We also dive into the importance of meditation and how God can really speak to you in the silence. Meditation is a practice and the whole idea of meditating is to quiet your mind and become aware of oneself. Meditation allows us to become present. Our power is in the present. Like attracts like, Lucie makes a really good point about how we do not attract what we want, we attract what we are! If we want to attract the dream job, the dream partner, whatever it may be, we have to show up as that first. Main Highlights: - Staying focused on the good (6:17) - Strategies to pull you out of your funk (11:55) - Starting her meditation practice & sharing how to meditate (12:50) - Letting go of negative thoughts (25:40) - Meditation allows you to know yourself better (30:00) Bible verse highlighted: Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: And they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.” Your words are so powerful and what you say and think manifests into reality into your life. I know that God had a message for me to share with you guys regarding having a plan. Having a plan is important but it is also important to understand that it is okay if our plan does not workout the way that we want it to.
