The purpose of the Untriggered Podcast is to 1) center the Black experience by sharing “our” narratives and stories of strength, triumph, and excellence, 2) design and promote a safe space for us to bring relevant stories/issues regarding mental health to the table, 3) destigmatize mental health in the Black community and encourage opportunity for wellness/healing, and 4) create meaningful dialogue to educate and inform relevant professional, cultural, and ethnic communities.
