24 SEP 2026 · Becoming the Person Your Goal Requires
Recognizing an old paradigm is the beginning. Replacing the belief is the next step. But lasting change asks something more: we must begin living from the new idea until a new way of thinking and behaving becomes increasingly natural. In this concluding episode of the three-part Changing the Paradigm series, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores what it means to move from awareness and repetition into embodiment.Drawing from the teachings of Bob Proctor and Napoleon Hill, we examine the importance of self-image, repetition, decision, environment, persistence, and—most importantly—action. An old thought doesn't have to be obeyed simply because it's familiar, and an old behavior doesn't have to remain part of your identity simply because you've practiced it for years.Your Big Dream Goal isn't only calling you toward a new result. It's calling you toward a new version of yourself.Who would you need to become to live the life you say you want? How would that person think, make decisions, use their time, respond to fear, handle setbacks, and act when they don't feel motivated? This episode offers a practical daily approach for strengthening the new paradigm: see the goal, become emotionally involved with it, choose behavior consistent with it, act, review your day, learn, correct, and repeat. When the old paradigm resurfaces—and sometimes it will—the answer isn't self-condemnation. Notice. Correct. Continue.Throughout this series, we've moved through three stages:Awareness. Replacement. Embodiment. You are not required to remain loyal to an old version of yourself simply because you've been that person for a long time. Your history can be acknowledged without being repeated. The question that concludes our journey is also the one that can begin your next chapter:If the life you would love to live requires a new version of you, what will that version of you do today?Don't just answer it.Go do it.

17 SEP 2026 · Knowing that an old paradigm is influencing your life is one thing. Changing it is another. In Part Two of this three-part series on The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna picks up where we left off by exploring why simply repeating positive words isn't enough to create meaningful change.Drawing from the teachings of Bob Proctor and Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, we look at the difference between merely parroting an affirmation and becoming genuinely involved with a new idea. If we spend a few minutes saying what we want to believe, but then spend the rest of the day thinking, feeling, imagining, and behaving from the old belief, which idea are we really reinforcing?Changing the paradigm requires more than words. It involves repetition, emotional involvement, imagination, deliberate thought, and ultimately behavior that begins to agree with the person we are choosing to become. This episode explores how to identify a limiting belief, create a stronger replacement, mentally rehearse the new possibility, and begin giving yourself something more powerful than positive words: new evidence through action. The old paradigm wasn't established overnight, and we shouldn't expect a lifetime of habitual thinking to disappear after repeating an affirmation a few times. Transformation is a process of conditioning—a new thought, a new image, a new decision, and a new behavior practiced consistently. And we're not finished. In Part Three, we'll bring the entire series together and go deeper into how we deliberately install, strengthen, and live from the new paradigm until our thinking, self-image, behavior, and results begin aligning with the life we truly want to create. For now, consider this:What would you do differently today if you were already thinking and acting from the person you are becoming?🎧 Listen now.

10 SEP 2026 · Stop Reinforcing What You Want to Escape
Why do we sometimes know exactly what we want to change, yet continue repeating the same behaviors and producing the same results? In Part One of this new three-part series on The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores the hidden beliefs and habitual patterns—what Bob Proctor called paradigms—that can quietly influence our behavior, decisions, and results.Drawing from Bob Proctor’s teachings and Napoleon Hill’s discussion of autosuggestion in Think and Grow Rich, we look beneath the behavior to discover the belief that may be driving it. Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of motivation, discipline, or knowledge. We may simply be trying to create a new life while continuing to rehearse the beliefs that helped create the old one. What are you repeatedly telling yourself about money, success, your health, your age, your abilities, your confidence, or what is possible for you? And have you repeated some of those ideas so often that they now feel like facts? In this episode, we explore how our internal dialogue can continually reinforce an old paradigm—especially when those thoughts are repeated with emotion. Most importantly, we begin identifying the stories and beliefs we may need to stop feeding if we want different results.Your past may explain some things, but it does not have to command your future. And this is only the beginning. In Part Two, we’ll pick up with a critical distinction: affirmation isn’t parroting. Simply repeating positive words while emotionally rehearsing the opposite is unlikely to create meaningful change. We’ll explore how repetition, emotion, visualization, and deliberate new thinking can begin helping us replace the old programming. Then in Part Three, we’ll take the next step—strengthening the new paradigm through behavior, action, self-image, and the creation of new evidence about who we are becoming. For now, begin with one question:What belief might you be continually reinforcing that belongs to the life you’re trying to leave behind?🎧 Listen now.

3 SEP 2026 · Your life is being shaped every day—often in ways you don't even realize. In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores six powerful principles that influence the direction of our lives: Energy, Action, Acceptance, Inner Growth, Responsibility, and Connection. What are you bringing into the rooms you enter? Are you taking action or simply waiting for circumstances to change? Can you accept where you are without allowing it to define where you're going? Are you trying to change everyone else instead of growing yourself? And when life brings circumstances you didn't choose, can you reclaim your power by choosing what you do next?Perhaps most importantly, your past may have shaped you—but it does not have to determine your future. The choices you're making today are already influencing the person you're becoming tomorrow. This episode is an invitation to stop living on autopilot and become more intentional about the attitudes, habits, responses, and decisions quietly shaping your life. You don't have to change everything at once. Choose one principle. Practice it. And begin moving deliberately toward the life you would truly love to live.Your life is being shaped every day. The question is: What are you bringing to it?

27 AUG 2026 · You already know what to do. So why aren't you doing it?In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores the Knowing/Doing Gap—the often-frustrating space between what we intellectually know and what we actually put into practice. We can read the books, attend the seminars, earn the degrees, collect the certifications, and know exactly what steps we should be taking—yet still find ourselves stuck in the same place. Why? Because knowledge alone doesn't determine our behavior. Much of what we do each day is habitual, influenced by deeply established patterns Bob Proctor called paradigms.Sometimes the problem isn't that we need more information. We need to identify the habits, fears, and familiar patterns standing between what we know and what we do.In this episode, you'll discover how to recognize that gap, examine the patterns behind your current results, and begin moving from knowledge to action, intention to implementation, and fear to forward movement. If you know there's more in you—another level of achievement, contribution, health, prosperity, leadership, or personal fulfillment—this episode is an invitation to stop waiting for someday. You may already know enough. Your dream may simply be asking you to finally move.🎧 Listen now.

20 AUG 2026 · Sometimes the most important personal development principles are also the simplest. In Episode 402 of The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna puts aside the script and speaks from the heart, returning to one of the foundational principles behind goal achievement, performance, productivity, and personal transformation: our thoughts matter. One thought leads to another, and then another, creating what we commonly call a train of thought. But where is your train headed? Are your habitual thoughts carrying you in a positive, supportive direction—toward your goals, greater possibilities, improved performance, and the life you would love to live? Or have worry, doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs quietly put your thinking on a track leading somewhere you don't want to go?This freestyle episode is an invitation to become more aware of what you're thinking, interrupt the trains of thought that no longer serve you, and deliberately begin building patterns of thinking that support who you want to become and where you want to go.Your thoughts are always taking you somewhere. The question is: Is that where you want to go?🎧 Listen now.

13 AUG 2026 · Expect Good—and Prepare to Receive ItWhat are you expecting from life? There is a powerful difference between simply hoping for something good and living with positive expectancy. Our expectations influence what we notice, the questions we ask, the opportunities we recognize, and ultimately the actions we take.In this episode of The Genesis Frequency, Dr. Stephen J. Kosmyna explores how positive expectancy can become a powerful force in goal achievement, personal growth, resilience, and everyday living. You'll discover why expectancy is much more than positive thinking, how our inner conversations can either reinforce fear or open us to possibility, and why Big Dream Goals require us to expect opportunities before we can always see how they'll unfold. You'll also hear a simple seven-day practice designed to shift your attention toward possibility and purposeful action. And there's another fascinating dimension to expectancy: longevity. What we expect from the years ahead can influence how actively and intentionally we engage with life. Having goals, meaningful relationships, new experiences, and something to look forward to can help us remain engaged with our future rather than simply growing older.Longevity isn't only about adding years to life. It's about adding life to the years. So, what good are you expecting today?Listen in and discover how changing your expectations may begin changing the way you approach your goals, your health, your future—and the life you would truly love to live.🎧 Listen now: The Power of Positive Expectancy Produced by:Dr. Koz (and effect!)Dr. Stephen J.
