But, int the form of Pay wage increase, just to be grilled. "Do you think you've earned it?" Which to me translates to" Are you WORTH it?" Like if I didnt put in all this work they would have still made the revenue? Its degrading to say the least. My work didn't convince you but my words will? Right So Lets talk about it
