I coach women & young girls how to cope with painful memories & flashbacks due to rape, domestic violence, & or pedophilia. You can make it, you can survive ‘’after the pain’’. All you need is the will & the strength to save yourself. Stop relying on dead relationships & unhealthy coping skills to bring comfort into your life.
I used to be lost & confused. I couldn't connect or socialize with people without feeling paranoid. The flashbacks of being abused & or sexually assaulted are not easy to cope with. It left a huge hole in my heart that could only be healed by a shot of tequila or whiskey. I was acting out and my reckless behavior almost took my life & my child.
I encourage, I Inspire young women to change the direction of their path for the sake of their future. I believe that you can make it after the pain. I am the ear & the support system for women who struggle with forgiving and moving forward from their past.

22 JUL 2018 · Love is not supposed to choke you, punch you, or kick you. Stop protecting these abusive men and start exposing them for who they really are. Women are dying at the hands of their abusers because everyone wants to mind their own business or cover up for the abuser.

16 APR 2018 · Desperation will lead to self-destruction. Don’t wait until it hurts so bad that you feel as if you have to create a natural disaster to get someone’s attention. As human beings, we crave love & attention. Especially if you've been hurt by the actions of a stranger or someone close to you. Be careful when it comes to choosing "your person". The person that is supposed to be there for you while you're hurting.
Some people come into your life to restore what was lost & broken. While others will simply take advantage of your vulnerability. I was lost & confused.
