Justin shares with us the story of how this beloved restaurant got started and what he's learned along the way. - Fins on the Beach started in 2009 and opened up in St. Andrews in 2012, inside the small Little Village. The space was about the size of a food truck. Justin and his wife Karen started with a simple idea - to spotlight the fish taco. At the time, they couldn't find any place in the area that served fish tacos. So they decided to fill the void in the market and create their own spot. - Justin developed all the recipes for the menu himself. His inspiration came from his love for fresh food and bold flavors from his travels in the Caribbean and his Cajun roots.
