Sports Nutrition Academy Podcast is created by Mere Nutrition and hosted by Francesca Tyndall, Certified Sports Nutritionist, nutrition coach, and fellow athlete. Francesca has a Masters of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition, and is certified through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). Francesca is additionally certified by Precision Nutrition and RP Strength as a nutrition coach.

Francesca's passion for powerlifting started her on the journey to health and fitness, and led to a passion for helping athletes better themselves through sports nutrition. This podcast discusses the many facets of sports nutrition and how athletes can maximize their athletic performance.
