In leadership, alignment entails ensuring that the vision, mission, and objectives of the organization are effectively communicated and embraced by all members, fostering unity and synergy. In this episode our guest, Eduardo Bailetti, who is a teacher of entrepreneurship at the Technology Innovation Management Program in Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business, will share with us his views on the role of leaders in creating this alignment in their organizations.
