26 JAN 2023 · In thhe 68th episode of "Shel-Shocked" we take a deep dive into the two Conference Championship Games. There's plenty of focus on the quarterback position, and the fact that there still aren't that many great signal-callers on the planet. Shelby and BK also take a look at the Coaching Carousel(this was taped before Frank Reich was hired in Carolina) and who might land where. And, they look at the silliness of back-to-back games in the NBA that keep forcing marquee matchups to never take place. Of course they pick the Super Bowl representatives, as well as the Super Bowl score, even thoguh we don't know who the participants will be.

19 JAN 2023 · In the 67th Episode of "Shel-Shocked" we look back at disappointing ending to a really fun first season for Shelby in Seattle. Shelby spends plenty of time on the pleasant surprises that greeted him in the Pacific Northwest, and how rewarding it was to silence so many doubters who thought the Seahawks would be in the race for the first pick in the draft. He also offers his thoughts on the 9ers and rookie QB Brock Purdy, and we look at the four playoff games this weekend, as well as a quick check of the coaching carousel.

12 JAN 2023 · In the 66th Episode of "Shel-Shocked" we celebrate Shelby's first trip to the post-season in his 9-year career. Shelby takes us back to Sunday night and the emotions of watching the Packers vs. Lions, and the joy of Detroit knocking off Green Bay, securing a trip to the playoffs. We also look at the matchip with thhe 49ers, as Seattle at Frisco, will be one of 3 Wild-Card Round matchups featuring division rivals. And, it's an annual rite of passage, but we look at the NFL's coaching carousel, and the lack of diversity in the Head Coach and Management ranks across the league.

5 JAN 2023 · In the 65th Episode of "Shel-Shocked" we of course spend plenty of time discussing the incident with Bills Safety Damar Hamlin. Shelby offers his perspective on balancing playing a game, risking injury, with the grim prospect that a life-threatening injury could occur. We also look back at the Seahawks big win over the Jets, preview the Rams, and did the NFL botch the scheduling of the Packers vs. Lions game? And, do Shelby or BK have any New Years Resolutions?

30 DEC 2022 · In the 64th Episode of "Shel-Shocked, Shelby and BK take a quick look back at 2022, and some of the more memorable events of the past year. Prior to that, they look at the current state of things in Denver with Russell Wilson and the Broncos on the heels of Head Coach Nathaniel Hackett's firing. Of course, they preview the Jets game and look at what wins in the final 2 weeks could mean for the Seahawks and their post-season chances.

1 DEC 2022 · In the 63rd Episode of "Shel-Shocked" we look at the tough overtime loss to the Raiders and ahead to the Rams as well. And, Shelby weighs in on the 2 big QBs in the news this week in Deshaun Watson and Russell Wilson. Also, we take a quick look at the USA Men's Soccer Team in the World Cup, and Shelby again shares his thoughts on his least favorite Thanksgiving food item!

17 NOV 2022 · In the 62nd episode of "Shel-Shocked" we look back at the Seahawks trip to Germany, which Shelby called "truly once in a lifetime." How was the trip, what went wrong in the game, and how is he and his teammates approaching the bye week, as the Hawks still sit in 1st place. Also, Shelby has very strong opinions on Jeff Saturday being named Colts interim Head Coach. And, we go into the listener mailbag for the first time in a while!

28 OCT 2022 · In the 61st Episode of "Shel-Shocked" we look back at the big win over the Chargers that propelled the Hawks to 1st place. Shelby loves what he's seeing from running back Kenneth Walker III who's doing things we don't normally see from a rookie. Also, we offer World Series Predictions and of course, preview the Giants and how to slow down Saquon Barkley.

20 OCT 2022 · In the 60th Episode of "Shel-Shocked" we look back at the big win over the Cardinals. Also, Shelby and BK dive into the impact of the Seahawks exciting rookie class, who continues to shine on both sides of the field. We also look at the start of the NBA season, and preview the Chargers.

13 OCT 2022 · In the 59th Episode of "Shel-Shocked," Shelby and BK look back at the tough loss to the Saints, and continue to marvel at the outstanding play of Geno Smith. Of course Shelby has strong opinions about the roughing the passer calls against Tom Brady and Derek Carr, and what can be done to improve the game. Also, we dip into the mailbag for the first time in a while, and take a look at the Cardinals game.
