21 APR 2024 · When you are going through a lot in life and things are not how you want it to be, it is easy to feel down and I wanted to do this podcast to encourage you because you truly are amazing l, one of a kind and there is no one else like you! An example lately is that I have started getting to a place where I will be ok and I will be doing what I want to do with my life and that when happened in the past is done! It is time to live, to go for what I want, to no longer let others affect me to the point that I let it stop me from doing the things that I want to do! Lately I am learning to let go of those who do not want the best for me, to let go of those who are hurtful to my being, to let them go so that I can live a better life that I and my family so deserve! We cannot live our lives for others especially those who want to do us harm. 11 APR 2024 · I suffered from depression after I had my first daughter when I was 19 years old and I told her dad that I was pregnant. He said it’s my body, do whatever I want to do with it. I also found out that he was with another woman, who was also pregnant at the same time. I had no support like other moms as I was not in a good place with my adopted mom and I did not know who my real mom was. At 19, I did not know it all yet, I was not given the help that I needed to bring up a baby and being alone with no one else to turn to was so hard that it led me to having a depression that is one of many. The second time was when my relationship with my 2 youngest kids' dad had broken down, as well as other issues with my family that were too much to handle. But it’s at this point that I started learning to love myself, that I had to learn to take care of myself and my two kids. So yup, ever since then, I have always shared Self Lovers because we deserve to give ourselves that love and it has to start within first. 5 APR 2024 · Stolen Child at 2 years old, my true story of how I learned after 50 years that what I was told was a lie, only finding out the truth last year in August that I was taken from my real family. Revelations from knowing that what I have known for 50 years was not true and now dealing with it the best way that I can. Yup it’s hard but I will be ok! I will forgive them from a far because I still have a lot of healing to do. Sometimes we all need to have a good CRY, especially when we have been strong for too long that our body and our mind just have to let it all out. This does not mean that we are weak, we just have to let go so that we can move forward. I hope by sharing this with you that you too can let all this emotions out and move forward because you have a lot more to do. One day, you will look back and see that this moment was needed in order to carry on. And do not be ashamed or think that you are weak because you are crying, think of it as a release for all those pain and suffering that you had to go through.
