  • Calm in Chaos

4 MAY 2020 · Outside is closed. Jobs are closed. School is closed. We’re all going through the same unprecedented experience in different ways at the same time. We will get through this.❤️ “Control what you can control and don’t concentrate on what you can’t.” Life is very different than it was when we had our 1st show. We are home all day, every day and everyone’s lives are a bit upside down or at the least, changed. We’ve taken dress up to another level by putting many new hats. At times it can be peaceful, but in the next moment it can be stressful and overwhelming. In this episode we discuss some thoughts of what you need to navigate these new, and sometime difficult, times. We discuss the importance of relationships, routines and schedules, what the new normal looks like, and how it will be remembered when we all are able to go outside again. There’s so many new things to discuss and be worried about, but maintaining safety and a routine for you and your family may be the best way to get through this pandemic a day at a time. We delve into trying to find the positive aspects of life that we are now afforded that we did not have access to in the before times. The uncertainty of the unknown can be scary, but focusing on the big picture, communication with each other, and seeing the positivity within this change can help us make it through with our sanity intact.
