Traci shared what led to her interest in law, challenges black women still face in the workplace, and what she hopes to accomplish in her current role. Prior to joining the agency, she held leadership roles with the NYC Department of Transportation, the Southern District Bankruptcy Court, Nassau County Supreme Court, Amtrak, and the Long Island Railroad.
