Now Im ready to add functional nutrition as a way to treat and heal chronic pain and more health dysfunction with my clients.

    29 JAN 2019 · if you don't use you it, you will lose it. The age process start from the age of 25, this is why we start getting stiff and start experiencing all these aches and pains. To keep yourself pain free and maintain healthy range of movement, you need to keep moving to lubricate your joints to strenghten your soft tissue (fascia), bones. If you don't use your capacity of movement overtime you may not be able to move as much so keep moving. Motion is lotion.
