Mamatha Chamarthi is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she leads the company’s digital strategy and global IT operations. A 2025 Woman of the Year in Technology honoree, she brings deep experience from senior leadership roles at Stellantis, Daimler Group, ZF Friedrichshafen AG, and Consumers Energy. Chamarthi serves on the boards of Health Alliance Plan and ChampionX, advises the Government of Telangana, and co-founded T200, a nonprofit advancing women into leadership roles.
