In a world filled with uncertainty, questions, and things beyond our control, there is one truth that remains constant: God, He is God.
In this episode, we reflect on the greatness, sovereignty, faithfulness, and unfailing love of God. We are reminded that He is present in every season, when we understand and when we don’t, in moments of joy and in times of struggle.
He Is God is an invitation to surrender our worries, strengthen our faith, and rest in the assurance that God is who He says He is. We may not always know what tomorrow holds, but we can trust the One who holds tomorrow.
Take a moment to pause, listen, and remember: He is God, and He is always faithful.

23 AUG 2026 · In this episode, we sit with Caroline Preston Leighton, A muisc composer and author. Caroline from LINCOLNSHIRE shares about the months she spent living in a monastery - and how strange it was to re-enter society. She said that after spending five pensive months of her life governed by prayer, solitude and church bells, she found it hard to get accustomed to how "noisy" society was.
Ms Leighton was 28, writing church music, she became enthralled by "beautiful" Gregorian chanting and her interest developed into a fascination with monastic life. The experience was a "bit of a shock to the system" and she visited several monasteries across the country before finally managing to book a weekend stay at the Quidenham Carmel in Norfolk in 2016.
