Lastly, when we get on the stair-master use Isaiah 40:31 to not allow our flesh to get ahead of us.

17 JUL 2018 · In this episode guest speaker Min. Derek Miller told us that if we're off balance in our spiritual walk we will fall. He explained to us that we need sure footing in order to establish our walk. He gave us a 3 point stance: we need to learn the playbook, stay eye mentally focus, put the word it in your heart, and apply it. Using these methods will allow us to be stable when faced with obstacles.
