The name of this podcast—THANKS FOR THE PRECIOUS MEMORIES AND EVERYTHING ELSE—is drawn from I Thessalonians 5:18: “In everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” It is also drawn from 3 songs: One secular that he grew up on as a lost sinner by Bob Hope “Thanks for the Memories.” The second from an old hymn that means more to him now than ever called “Precious Memories” that has been popularized by the great Christian country singer Alan Jackson. The third from the song “How Can I Say Thanks (My Tribute)” by Andre Crouch. Daniel Whyte III will do this podcast by the grace of God, Lord willing, until the day he dies or until the Rapture of the church.
