26 MAY 2022 · Such a pleasure to have Kemi Johnson on the show. I was introduced to Kemi whilst pregnant with Ocean. I didnt want another C section for a variety of reasons and which we talk about on the show. I wanted to feel empowered through my pregnancy and into the birth. I am so glad I did the research and stay informed so I could have the ecstatic birth I so craved. Birth should be a joyous thing, but interventions can leave parents and babies completely traumatised in which then the work I do is clearing that birth story. To allow ourselves to be cracked open so that the light can enter us. We might consider Darkness a bad thing, when things don’t quite go our way We then look at ourselves as unworthy and that life just doesn’t like us. If you can look at everything as an opportunity for us to step into our higher selves then we build resilience Resilience is overlooked, same as selflessness. I believe that these principles are what we can build our lives on. Like Feela I have dedicated my time,love and energy spreading the message of love and light. But I am no absent of Darkness and nor do I want to be, suffering is our greatest teacher.
