Chris reflects on the changes that have been made to introduce more professionalism and desire into the team, as well as introducing some of the new player acquisitions that he hopes will help Devizes maintain their current good form. However, fans were urged not to get carried away, as the Clubs progress might be ahead of schedule both on and off the pitch, Devizes Town Football Club still have a long way to go.

From a tale of two Newent Town’s to improving the sides discipline and consistency, Chris discusses his fledgling steps as a manager. Chris is confident that if we turn up, Devizes Town can give anyone in the League a game, which is good to know, as we face league leaders Malmesbury Victoria at Nursteed Road on September 27th.

4 AUG 2023 · New Manager, Chris Allen, talks to Ian Nockolds about the Clubs prospects for the new season, following a very positive pre-season. Chris is targeting a top 10 finish and with the end of season play offs, anything is possible for the Town. Chris also introduces some of the new members of the first team squad, as well as discussing his footballing philosophy and reflecting on the tremendous work that's gone on at the Club, led by new Co-Chairman Tom Perkins and Dan Sloan.
