And in order to show up, your authentic self needs to be present to turn normal conversations into meaningful deep conversations, it needs all of us to lean in to ourself, to see ourself first, to listen to our core and understand who we truly are in order to be fully present in depth. I believe showing up like this makes the magic. In this very first Episode Host Clare Rudo ( Founder of Clare Rudo Ventures/Collections ) shares three things that are key for starting the spark to more meaning in our conversations and exchanges we have daily. 7 NOV 2020 · Hi guys, I am Clare Rudo and thanks for tuning in to this space which is part of the clarerudo collections. I am terrified and excited at the same time to introduce this space for powerful conversations. Having stepped into my 30s, I want to intentionally dedicate the next decades to meaningful conversations and connections, particularly in a world I feel is pushing to divide us more and more. The seven words that have been popping up more and more to me are belonging, bold, connections, courage, daring, power and freedom. Particularly because the last years, I sought things externally that i discovered were right within me and required plus still require a lot of internal work,... There are things that set a foundation of life that I have relearn as I go this journey of being more intentionally and powering more authentic conversations that matter. I want to share that journey of learning if you as curious as I am. I am a firm believer that true knowledge and wisdom stems from knowing that one can never exhaust what life truly means, that alone we cannot exhaust and define what life is and should be – which is why this platform is so important to me to share because that is exactly what makes it more terrifying and even more so powerful. It is in walking into that discomfort that we grow. It is about sharing research, readings, experiences on how to funnel your energy to power meaningful deeper conversations. We all have that powerful person within us all , who is the true us at the core – and this person showing up in places and being bold enough to experience and open up is what can make or break a powerful connection that has the power to impact and drive change. Have you ever walked into a room and without saying a word felt you didnt connect or belong. Being African, Black, women and petite are some of the things that bought me so much insecurity being in spaces dominated by people who didnt look like me, think like me or even understand my story. Thats what I thought – and I discovered in the last years that that was only half the truth – I didnt understand my own story hence I wasnt able to power deeper conversations because my convictions and words were not rooted in who I truly was – by trying to fit in – I wasnt belonging or connecting. Powerful conversations that have brought amazing connections have happened when I showed up in my convictions and firmly rooted in I. Deeper conversations are particularly important in a world where we all have views of the world and things that we hold so closely to us – powerful conversations allow us to solve some of the toughest problems that arise because of ocean deep conflicts. It is terrifying and at the same time exciting. Exciting because there is so much that can be done when we are powering deeper meaningful conversations without masks. ( no pun intended here Though do wear your mask right during this time ) The purspose of deep conversations is not to erase conflicts, or let everyone fit in – it is to power our diversity in order to solve problems, guarantee equity and improve all of our lives. Welcome to this exciting jounrey, that will be all sorts of things as I walk with you through deeper powerful conversations. Catch me on Sunday evenings from Novemeber 29th with your favorite drink or snacks as I share research, readings, experiences on how to funnel your energy to power meaningful deeper conversations. I will also have some bonus talks with strangers and friends who inspire me, challange me, sometimes even annoy me or evoke strong emotions – what matters is you will meet people who embody and are also on that journey to funnel deeper conversations to lead and drive impact.
