12 AUG 2025 · "What if your biggest triggers were actually the keys to your freedom?"
In this episode, I’m flipping the script on triggers, emotions, and nervous system reactions — and showing you why the things that frustrate you most are actually guiding you back to who you really are.
We’re talking:
✨ Why your soul chose certain painful lessons to lead you to love, joy, and safety
✨ How to use emotions as your personal GPS for peace and freedom
✨ The truth about your nervous system and why it reacts before you even think
✨ How to break the cycle of repeating the same painful experiences over and over
If you’re tired of feeling like life is just one long loop of the same lessons, this episode is your invitation to choose differently — and finally create the experiences you came here for.
🎧 Listen now and start seeing your triggers as your greatest teachers.

27 JUL 2025 · You didn’t come here to become someone.
You came here to remember who you already are.
From the moment you arrived — pure light, pure joy, pure love — everything about you was celebrated.
Your laugh. Your cry. Your curiosity. Your being.
You were perfect without trying.
That version of you?
She still exists.
Unprogrammed. Untouched. Unburdened by the noise of the world.
And she’s the one we’re returning to.
But over time, things changed…
You were told “No.”
“Don’t act like that.”
“Be quiet.”
“Sit still.”
“Follow the rules.”
In school, you had to ask for permission to use the bathroom.
You learned that approval was earned.
That your needs had to be scheduled.
That expression came with conditions.
And just when you thought adulthood would set you free —
A job. A paycheck. An apartment. A life of your own —
You realized it was just a different part of the program.
A shinier cage.
More responsibility, less joy.
More freedom on paper, less in your soul.
But none of this is a failure.
It’s part of the sacred forgetting that precedes the rebirth.
This podcast episode is your reminder…
You didn’t come here to chase freedom.
You came here to embody it.
💀 This is the death of programming.
🔥 This is the rebirth into truth.
🌱 This is the moment you remember who you’ve always been.

18 JUN 2025 · What things just set you off?
Irritate you? Push your buttons?
Before I tell you the juiciest secret I've learned about Triggers I want to give you a little background story...
Two friends, two conversations, one I decided I'm not reacting, I want her to feel heard. The other I was honest and it was not taken well but both were exactly what I needed to crack open because I was ready.
When you take away the reaction you disrupt the pattern. The emotions dissolve and you stop taking things personally.
I understood what letting go felt like I understand love
I understood my mission and that is to help others feel this love by guiding them back to
themselves, source and love.

To me it is your soul remembering why it came here. What it means to experience life. The highs, the lows, the challenges...it is all for you to remember. It is not some punishment from God.
My mission is to help you remember and to FEEL what it means before you have the actual experience.
Let me know if this resonated in some way with you!
