Brian McMullan, a longstanding supporter of community development, was mayor of St. Catharines from 2006 to 2014 after serving on the Niagara Regional Council and City Council. Major municipal initiatives, regional collaboration, and downtown revitalization were all aided by his leadership. In addition to his public service, Brian worked in the recycling sector and had leadership positions related to environmental sustainability, assisting in the promotion of recycling and responsible waste management throughout Ontario.
