2 MAY 2020 · This episode was a little more on the serious side; and I just wanted to put in a reminder that what I said in this episode was all based on my own personal opinion, my own coping mechanisms, my usual advice that I would give, and my own experiences; I’m definitely not a professional when it comes to dealing with emotions or anything like that; but I just wanna let you guys know that if you are struggling with depression, or any sort of mental health issue, that you should try and seek out help from someone you trust, and that there is no shame in doing that; because there will always be people there for you to lift you up and help you through your hardships. Even if it doesn’t feel that way sometimes, I promise you that everything WILL be okay. Thanks so much for listening and I’ll talk with you again soon. :)
