This meditation begins with an inspirational spoken section, exploring the benefits of taking regular risks towards our dreams and desires, examining how we can cultivate our internal courage and get over our fears of failure. It finishes up with a guided period of more formal meditation practice, taking time to tend to our own hearts as we navigate taking those next brave and bold steps forwards. In this practice, we will make space to listen inwards – not just so that we might settle our minds – but also so that we can purposely make our lives more meaningful. In this practice, we will ask “what do I want from life” and we will also ask the more receptive contemporary koan question of “what does life want from me”. We will access the wisdom found deep within each of us.
