2 JAN 2021 · An exploration into becoming more comfortable with risk, seeing how we can use mindfulness to support and sustain us through the sometimes scary-feeling choices that we might make in order to keep our lives vibrant, vital and moving forwards. This meditation begins with an inspirational spoken section, exploring the benefits of taking regular risks towards our dreams and desires, examining how we can cultivate our internal courage and get over our fears of failure. It finishes up with a guided period of more formal meditation practice, taking time to tend to our own hearts as we navigate taking those next brave and bold steps forwards. We will access the wisdom found deep within each of us.
